Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting to play.kojacraft.net or using KojaCraft services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to play. If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online services, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Conduct

You agree to follow the Server Rules at all times. We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans for violations, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect the community.

4. Purchases

Any optional purchases (ranks, cosmetics, perks) are digital goods licensed to you for use on the network. They are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Purchases never grant unfair gameplay advantages that compromise fair play.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause downtime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Data & privacy

The server does not track player identities for analytics. Our open-source proxy, Kojacoord, may send anonymous, aggregate usage metrics, which is fully opt-out. See the Telemetry & privacy section on the Kojacoord page.

7. Intellectual property

KojaCraft branding belongs to its owners. Kojacoord is released under the MIT License and may be used accordingly. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft; KojaCraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
